This Refund Policy describes how Paragon Government Solutions LLC (“Paragon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refunds. Because our work is delivered primarily through government contracts, task orders, and service agreements, refunds are governed as described below.
Contracted Services
Services performed under a government contract, task order, or written service agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement, including any provisions on invoicing, acceptance, disputes, and termination. Those contract terms — not this webpage — control refunds, credits, and adjustments for contracted work.
Deposits & Pre-Payments
Where a deposit or pre-payment applies to a specific engagement, any refund of unearned amounts will be handled according to the applicable agreement. If no agreement addresses the matter, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it fairly.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or adjustment, contact us in writing with your organization name, the relevant contract or invoice reference, and a description of the request:
- Email: support@paragongovsolutions.net
- Phone: 888.495.6935
- Mail: Paragon Government Solutions LLC, 11166 Fairfax Blvd, Suite 500, Fairfax, VA 22030
Review & Processing
We review refund requests promptly and will respond within a reasonable period. Approved refunds are issued using the original method of payment where practicable, or as otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any contractual requirements.
Non-Refundable Items
Work already performed and accepted, and costs already incurred on your behalf, are generally non-refundable except as required by the governing agreement or applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
